Marketing Product Designer for eco product company (offline)

We have an amazing opportunity for a marketing product designer to be a part of a fast-growing and passionate San Francisco startup.

For our marketing team in Lviv we are looking for a proactive and self-motivated team member with a strong can-do attitude to join the company. As a marketing product designer at ViaeX, you will be exposed to experiences and responsibilities that are dynamic and varied. To succeed in the role, the candidate must have excellent design skills.

Requirements:
- Awesome design portfolio (marketing and social media assets)
- Minimum B1 level English proficiency
- Outstanding organization and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Ability to work independently
- Creative and innovative

As a Plus:
- Experience and interest in eco friendly products
- Availability to start work later in the day to match with San Francisco's time zone (night owls preferred!)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing

Responsibilities:
Regular scope per week:
- Graphics for 9-10 Instagram and twitter posts
- Graphics for 2-4 Facebook posts
- Graphics for weekly newsletter

Other tasks as needed:
- Web banners, photos etc
- Photo retouching and editing
- Packaging design
- Graphics for Kickstarter campaigns
- Style guide
- Landing page design or updates

About us

ViaeX is a seed-funded Bay Area start-up that develops sustainable nanomaterial from biowaste. We have a patent-pending technology platform to transform chitin/chitosan (a naturally charged, and abundant biowaste) into high-performance solutions.

ViaeX applies a combination of computational, molecular, and nanoscale technologies to transform this versatile biomaterial for optimal performance in a wide range of applications, such as water purification, industrial separation, skin care. We are currently fabricating material in lab scale. As we grow, we will be replacing several currently used non-recyclable materials with our biomaterial, thus leaving the world a cleaner and greener place for the generations to come.

Skillsquare is an IT hub and co-working space in Lviv that hosts several tech companies from USA and Germany. We have a charming office in the heart of Lviv with awesome people working in it.
