Junior Java Developer (offline)

We are looking for a Junior Java Developer in our Kyiv office.

YOU will be involved in:

• Developing solutions using Java language and related technologies;
• Analyzing and estimating the effort of implementing the business requirements;
• Identifying and proposing improvements to get towards technological excellence;
• Taking part in continuous team effort of improving stability of software product;
• Following industry's best practices in development and process indefinitely.

Person we are looking for

YOU need to:

• Have higher education (Preferably Technical);
• Have practical experience in Java;
• Have good understanding of OOP principles and design patterns (SOLID, DRY, YAGNI);
• Have experience with Spring Core and Spring MVC;
• Be familiar with build and CI frameworks — Maven, Jenkins;
• Have good understanding of SQL, hands on experience using one of the DB (PostgreSQL or other RDBMS);
• Know English on Intermediate level;
• Have Github projects;

YOU are:

• Highly motivation and interest to try and learn new technologies;
• Ready to make mistakes and learn from them;
• Able and willing to thrive in a proactive, high-pressure, client-services, environment;
• Good communicator and able to clarify or share information with the team;
• Problem-solver.
