Improved my understanding of the Waterfall methodology, as I worked for many years in various positions in the construction industry. Starting from the rank-and-file foreman at the facility and ending with the project manager for the construction of multi-story buildings in the center of Kyiv.
Having mastered the basic principles and manifestos of Agile, I realized that the Scrum methodology is very similar in essence to weekly production meetings, where everyone reports on the work done, and tasks for the next period are also set.
I got acquainted with such programs as Asana, Trello board, and Jira. At the stages of the course, I realized that the communication and teamwork skills I possess are very important for a PM in the IT field.
In general, my work experience is more than 10 years, but the skills from previous jobs, where I was a project manager, provided a basis for learning the basic principles and necessary skills in the IT field.
A mechanism for quick and accurate execution of assigned tasks has been established. In the position of project manager, a complex of works on the installation of roofs on 6 houses was performed for the company SG "Stolitsa Group". At this stage of my work, I communicated a lot with customers and key persons. Had many face-to-face and absentee meetings to determine the necessary changes to the project, their approval and implementation. This experience made me understand that sometimes work based on the Waterfall methodology can also be hybrid. Communication and conflicts mediations - were key to this projects.
More than 3,000 m3 of residential constructions in the "Signature" complex were implemented, as well as more than 400 m3 of small architectural forms, where unique methods of erecting curvilinear volumetric monolithic forms were agreed and implemented. It was a unique experience related to the performance of specific and complex works. A lot of time was devoted to cooperation with the contracting organization in order to determine and agree on the number and cost of the necessary formwork structures, as well as modeling their installation for the technological map.
More than 2,500 m3 of monolithic structures will also be erected, being the director of LLC "KTBP No. 3 Plus". Working there as a hired director, I supervised more than 70 administrative and production personnel. The process of delivery of materials, performance of work and corresponding approval of acts of completed work for payment of labor was clearly worked out and established.

During studies on course IT Project Managment, I developed the UMMI App project. The product is a mobile app that will include important contacts for migration (embassies, consulates), voluntary organizations for migrants etc.The app can also be used to search and chat with other Ukrainians in the place where the user is located.
In this project I created roadmap, organizational structure, project backlog creation, SOW to the project, value proposition, building customer journey map, budgeting.
I have 5 years of Team Leadership experience.
I also completed a Project Management course from the GoIT company and received the necessary knowledge base in order to be able to work in this field. I was a team leader in educational project.
