1. В 2020 році почав працювати як фрілансер та розвивати напрямок перекладів на світових фріланс платформах.
2. Організовував внутрішню роботу агентства перекладів на кожній ланці: пошук клієнтів, комунікація з клієнтами, комунікація з перекладачами-виконавцями.
3. Організовував зовнішню роботу агентства перекладів: реклама, просування в топ на фріланс платформах, аналіз конкурентів, спілкування з партнерами, пошук кандидатів.
4. Станом на серпень 2023 року командою з 13 співробітників: 11 перекладачів, 2 менеджери з продажів.
5. За весь час роботи закрив більше 450 замовлень на переклад (40% від постійних клієнтів), та більше 100 додаткових замовлень з лінгвістичних питань.
6. Станом на вересень 2023 року всі обовʼязки були передані до нового COO.

1. З вересня місяця по грудень виконував обовʼязки Sales Manager. Виконував роботу з продажів B2C. Працював з теплою базою клієнтів, теплі дзвінки. Управляв клієнтською базою та виконував задачі retention менеджера: робота з активними клієнтами компанії та відтоком клієнтів.
2. Починаючи з січня місяця та станом на зараз обіймаю посаду Head of Sales.
- Керував та підтримував ефективну роботу департаменту.
- Контролював виконання ключових показників KPI, складав план підвищення таких показників та виконував звіти щодо їх досягнення.
- Проводив щоденні зустрічі з кожним працівником (румун, бразильянка, нігерієць, українці) окремо задля обговорення задач.
- Проводив щотижневі зустрічі з усією командою задля обговорення нагальних потреб, результатів роботи та методів їх покращення.
- Проводив онбординг та навчання нових співробітників по новим GEO групам (Нігерія та Бразилія).
- Створював скрипти продажів в залежності від поставлених цілей та діючих інструментів окремо по кожній GEO групі.
- Аналізував та оброблював статистику дзвінків.
- Аналізував та покращував якість роботи кожного менеджера з продажів, в тому числі шляхом прослуховування дзвінків.
- Аналізував інтереси клієнтів та запроваджував окремі бонуси та преференції для кожного GEO.
- Створював Sales Policy та Sales/Retention Book.
- Виконував адміністративну роботу в CRM системах.
- Брав участь у щотижневих онлайн-зустрічах з партнерами.
