Prior to my current position, I operated as a freelance IT Recruiter from September to December 2023. This period honed my ability to independently manage recruitment processes and deepen my understanding of the IT industry's dynamic needs.
Parallel to my budding career in IT recruitment, I pursued and completed my education in Applied Physics at V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in 2021 and a Master's degree in 2023. I finished the HR&Recruiter courses at the Hillel computer school. At the courses, I learned a lot of interesting things, gained new knowledge, and deepened the old ones. From experience: used recruitment metrics, operators to search for candidates (Boolean, X-Ray search), and tools (Monday, Trello, Hurma, SalesQL, Magical).
I also have the necessary skills in HR:
