As a Tech Lead and eventually a Technical Director my job was to find the opportunities and deliver positive change through technology to the entire 500+ development division. Currently joined Ubisoft as a Lead Programmer on a new unannounced AAA PC/Console title.
Responsible for development of the studio's flagship puzzle game and then scaling it into a family of games, building required code sharing solutions and team processes. The franchise has over 10M downloads in total.
After extensive research and evaluation, planned and launched the process of migration of the company's entire development onto different CI/CD platform and onto a different VCS.
Developed from scratch and rolled out the processes for company's proprietary engine and tech evolution; for hiring and personal development of engineers; for prevention, monitoring and responding to stability issues.
