In the beginning of my career I worked with .NET, SQL Server, WCF, WPF, Windows Forms, ASP.NET Forms, MVC.
As a senior developer/team lead I worked on a couple of high load projects, worked with SQL and NO SQL databases, optimized performance of applications. For one of the projects I learned the basics of machine learning.
As a software architect I worked with several teams in different domains. Mostly I was focused on architecture of new .NET Core micro services which were meant to replace parts of the legacy .NET monolith system.
Then as an architect I took time to analyze the performance of the application, find bottlenecks, build a POC of a different processing workflow with better stability and performance. Results of the POC were included in the product, throughput of the system increased at least 2x and most of stability issues were resolved.
Working with latest technologies is desirable, but is not a requirement. Though I would not want to be working on a legacy system which is on maintenance and does not evolve much.
Having polished development processes in a company is a plus, but is not a requirement. I can assist with establishing processes if some are missing.
