Joined HelpCrunch as a QA with a desire to move into product management. The team supports initiatives, so in the QA position, I had the opportunity to partially perform the tasks of a product manager/product owner — describing tasks, proposing solutions, collecting and analyzing feedback, prioritizing tasks, and more.
