Current Role in the Team:
As a DevOps Engineer, my current role involves leading the implementation of automation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of development and operations. I actively collaborate with cross-functional teams, overseeing the deployment of diverse applications and managing cloud infrastructure. Additionally, I contribute to the design and enhancement of CI/CD pipelines, fostering a culture of efficiency and reliability.
Areas for Improvement:
While I have achieved success in automating various aspects of our operations, I am continually seeking opportunities for improvement.
1. CI/CD Pipeline Optimization:
- Successfully optimized CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Bitbucket Pipeline for efficient and automated releases.
2. Cloud Infrastructure Automation:
- Reduced AWS provisioning time by 70% through the implementation of automated cloud infrastructure using Terraform modules.
3. DevOps Toolchain Integration:
- Seamlessly integrated Python scripts into the DevOps toolchain, enhancing development workflows and version control processes.
4. Application Deployment Automation:
- Orchestrated Bitbucket CI/CD pipelines for diverse applications, improving deployment efficiency and enabling real-time monitoring.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Actively collaborated with cross-functional teams to lead automation initiatives, contributing to a culture of openness and inclusiveness.
Accomplishments Summary:
I have optimized CI/CD pipelines, automated cloud infrastructure, and integrated Python scripts into the DevOps toolchain. My achievements reflect a commitment to efficient deployment processes, technological proficiency, and a proactive approach to continual learning.
1. Challenging Projects: I am seeking challenging projects that allow me to apply and enhance my skills in DevOps, automation, and infrastructure as code. I thrive in dynamic environments that encourage innovation and problem-solving.
2. Learning Opportunities: I value continuous learning and hope to work in an environment that fosters professional growth. Opportunities to expand my knowledge in emerging technologies, especially in cloud computing and container orchestration, are important to me.
3. Collaborative Culture: A collaborative and inclusive work culture is essential. I aim to work in a team-oriented environment where diverse perspectives are valued, and effective communication is prioritized.
4. Career Development: I am looking for a role that offers a clear path for career development. This includes opportunities for skill advancement, mentorship, and the chance to take on leadership responsibilities as I progress in my career.
Non-Expectations (What I Don't Want):
1. Micromanagement: I prefer a work environment that allows for autonomy and trust in employees' abilities. Micromanagement tends to hinder creativity and productivity, and I seek a workplace that values results over excessive oversight.
2. Limited Growth Opportunities: I want to avoid roles that do not provide clear avenues for professional development and growth. Stagnation is not conducive to my career aspirations, and I am looking for a position that aligns with my long-term goals.
3. Lack of Innovation: I am not seeking a role where innovation is stifled. A company that embraces new ideas and encourages its employees to think creatively and outside the box is an ideal fit for me.
4. Poor Work-Life Balance: Achieving a healthy work-life balance is crucial to me. I want to avoid roles that consistently require excessive overtime or disrupt personal time, as maintaining a balance is essential for sustained productivity and well-being.
In summary, I am looking for a challenging and collaborative work environment that fosters continuous learning and offers clear paths for career development. Conversely, I want to steer clear of environments that involve micromanagement, limit growth opportunities, hinder innovation, and compromise work-life balance.

During my current internship, I have worked on implementing custom functions for a cloud-based platform using Python and used a debugger to find and fix bugs on the server. I have also used agile methodologies to work with the team collaboratively and acted as a Scrum Master as well to manage the weekly sprint. During this time I have also gained more knowledge about CI/CD, Dockers, GitHub Actions, and Gitlab Pipeline. While I used GitHub actions and deployed a self-hosted runner to automate testing. I have also been involved in fixing CORS issues of API based in quart to allow users to use the SDK locally on their machine in JS. While in the same role, I have been also involved in the development of a platform to hold a hackathon using Django where we had multiple sprints to develop the application, and I have collaborated effectively with the team to make that project come to life by contributing to the development of front-end, back-end and handling the deployment on a server while also updating it regularly with latest changes.
Additionally, I have also used agile methodology in one of my university projects to create a social media website. To improve the iterative process of development, we conducted event-storming sessions and encouraged the use of domain-driven development to create the initial layout of classes before we went into development. To improve the user experience, I gathered user feedback on the initial designs we created before going into the development phase, later we as a team brought the designs to life by developing the front-end and back-end of our website. I have also good experience working with React and react native for my projects, wherein I utilized an API to show weather data and used Firebase to create an efficient habit and task tracker application. I believe I have the skill to learn efficiently and quickly by easily adjusting with colleagues from various backgrounds to effectively execute plans and develop a product as a team.
