My latest project has finished recently. My role there was QA Automation Engineer.
My desire is to improve as QA Automation Engineer. Learn and apply new technologies. Nearest goal in this area is JS/TS+ Playwright. Also I'm going to dive into ML/AI technologies, since I'm really curious about how they work and they are obviously becoming high demand technologies, so I should know how they work in order to be able to provide efficient testing of them.

Achievements:
Project №1
- Decreased automated test suite run time for 35%
- Set up a decent part of QA team processes, created charts and Confluence pages describing them, although it was not part of my area of responsibility.
Project №2
No bugs in my team features reported from Production.
Project №3
This project was in a very specific area of mining and geology that I knew absolutely nothing about. There weren't many good specs, so I got most of my knowledge informally by asking colleagues how it works and then talking to customers to understand how they use our application. And over time, I could not only confidently test this application, but also suggest improvements, and I was even offered a QA Lead position just 5 months after I had started working there.
Project №4
- Built automated tests framework from scratch without any supervision.
- For 3 years working in this company, I grew from QA Intern to Project Manager. And I was in this position during the most difficult times for the company, when there was the first wave of Covid-19. I actively participated in the development of a strategy to overcome this crisis with top management and was responsible for the implementation of defined tasks by the development team. By the time I left crisis was mostly overcome, so I did my part.
2. Good working processes in the team, since they are vitally important for fast and effective development.
3. A professional development team, especially its QA part, since, from my point of view, professionals are able to teach each other a lot of new things and approaches and improve significantly together. Obviously, I don't mean totally senior team, but just a decent level of team seniority.
