I continued my career as a politician's press secretary, also known as ex-CEO and founder of one of the largest IT companies in Ukraine -- established communication with the mass media, wrote personal columns, and organized events, and interviews, so I know exactly how to communicate so that you heard.

Later, I was invited to build an internal communications system from scratch in the largest state-owned group of companies in Ukraine. Here I worked even more actively with people, became the project manager for the creation of a new corporate portal, headed the newspaper direction, and wrote even more texts. Now I am on "you" with the oil and gas industry, so I know exactly how to quickly delve into any topic.
For the last two years, I was responsible for PR (external and internal) and Employer Brand direction in an IT company (more than 200 employees), which became the first insourcing IT center in the public sector. The company developed, implemented, supported, and ensured the functioning of IT solutions of various levels and complexity for all enterprises of the largest state-owned group of companies in Ukraine (more than 60,000 employees), and I, accordingly, communicated about it. So I know exactly how to work with all types of communications and build an effective information system with all stakeholders from a blank slate.
Unfortunately, at the beginning of the war, I had to resign and move, so for more than half a year, I have been engaged in consulting and project work -- helping people create communication strategies, working with change management, and employer branding.
