Збір вимог, побудова загального бачення архітектури і проекту, окремий функціональностей та процесів

Побудова процесів з написання документації з нуля.

використовуючи різні інструменти для документування, візуалізації та структурування вимог(Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence, GoogleDocs, Excel etc.)

Написання та оновлення структурних діаграм та схем баз даних;

Написання та оновлення зовнішньої документації користувача;

Написання та оновлення внутрішньої технічної документації для ІТ спеціалістів;

Відслідковування останніх змін по описаного функціоналу нового коду

Формування та дотримання єдиного стандарту внутрішньої документації

Взаємодія з командою для забезпечення точності та повноти написання документації.

Шукати та тестувати вирішення тех-нічних проблем та задач разом з розробниками

Менеджмент беклогу: формування скоупу, опис технічних завдань, пріоретизувати разом з ПМ та клієнтом, декомпозувати

написання юзер гайдів

Документування проекту, розробка бізнес-процесу з документування та підтримка документації в належному стані
