Our three German founders have many years of experience in Nearshoring and software development.We are specialized in the virtual team model. Our clients define which kind of developers and consultants they require, and in a short period we will recruit and build a team of consultants with this skill set who will work exclusively for this client.
We will provide office space, equipment, recruitment, and retention – our clients will be able to integrate this team into their processes and company. Our clients will perceive the team as their own employees.
