Customer Support specialist (offline)

You are our ideal candidate if:
- You have previously worked in a customer support position for a website production house
- You have a high level of computer literacy
- You have basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- You have an upper-intermediate/advanced level in English (upper-intermediate level in French is a plus)
- You’re multitasking and able to set priorities and manage your time efficiently
- You have strong problem-solving skills

Your responsibilities:
- Work with a ticket system, respond to inquiries of our clients
- Identify, check and reproduce reported bugs
- Add content, fix HTML/CSS issues in page templates if possible
- Assign tasks to relevant producers
- Escalate issues that require further investigation, interface with Project Managers
- Control and verify task execution before reporting to the client
- Investigate most common inquiries, create FAQs and user guidelines for future reference
