UI/UX Designer (Middle) (offline)

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX design expert to work on one of our long-term projects in Healthcare, Ecommerce or Fintech domain.



What you may do:

- Pick what you're best at: either UX or UI. Or full-cycle.

- Communicate with the stakeholders directly if you speak English.

- Mentor less experienced designers if you have a coaching experience.

- Participate in discovery phase if you have analytical mindset.

- Lead a project if it drives you to make complicated decisions.

- Be a part of business development team of your unit if you're business-oriented.



Requirements
- At least 3+ years of UI/UX design experience;

- Good UX design skills;

- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies;

- Strong knowledge in Figma, Sketch, Adobe After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop;

- Strong experience in creating graphics;

- Be able to prioritize work in order to meet deadlines, whilst giving attention to detail;

- English Upper-Intermediate or higher;

- Work experience with Jira, Confluence.
