Senior Recruiter (offline)

Here are all the things you’ll get to do on the project:

Collaborating with Service Delivery Managers and clients to define roles’ requirements and write or proofread job descriptions if necessary
Sourcing passive candidates using various sourcing methods and channels
Engaging candidates and building strong relationships with them
Reviewing candidates’ profiles and resumes, including those who actively applied to our posted roles
Screening and interviewing candidates
Making sure candidates get timely feedback at each stage of the recruitment and shepherding them throughout the process or transferring them for the further part of the process to relevant team members
Activating our past-candidates database
Managing candidates in ATS and other internal systems
Developing a sustainable candidate lead strategy and recruitment strategy based on the company’s goals and needs
Proactively suggesting new channels and approaches
Advising others in the company on best-recruiting practices
Measuring and reporting on recruiting metrics
