Product Designer- UX/ UI (offline) to $3300

Responsibilities

We are currently hiring a passionate, user-centered UI/UX Designer to join Selina’s
B2C and B2B Products team to create visually delightful and easy-to-use digital products in a fast-paced environment.

● Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
● Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
● Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces
● Perform research on product technologies and structures to implement into design concepts
● Maintain up to date on current industry trends and market conditions
● Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components
● Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
● Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
● Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams
● Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience

Requirements
● 3+ years of relevant work experience as a product designer
● Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English must; Spanish advantage)
● Excellent eye for aesthetic design and customer appeal
● Time-management skills and deadline-oriented
● Artistic and innovative flair
● Pixel-perfect with attention to details
● Meticulous and diligent
● Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends
