Middle HR Specialist (offline)

Requirements:
- Work experience in the field of HR at least 2 years
- Experience in filling vacancies at the middle and senior level
- Fundamental experience with all levels of HR tasks

Responsibilities:
- Full support of the entire employee work cycle
- Participation in the process of closing the probationary period of specialists
- Regular monitoring of the satisfaction and involvement of teams, conducting regular health checks, identifying potential risks in teams
- Closing vacancies at the middle and senior levels
- Participation in the preparation of teambuildings for teams and corporate events of the company
- Assistance in the development and implementation of training events for specialists, teams and managers
- Participation in the development and updating of HR processes and policies.
