Lead Java Engineer (offline)

What you will do

You’ll be leading the team of engineers providing technical guidance and organizational management. The responsibilities will include working on successful project delivery together with the Xenoss solution architect, technical product manager, and US part of the team.

Requirements

— Team leading experience 3+ years
— Good understanding of SLDC/Scrum
— Professional Java experience 7+ years
— OOP/design patterns proficiency
— Experience building complex systems
— SQL/NoSQL database experience
— MongoDB experience
— Familiar with AWS EC2
— Advanced Linux user
— Good spoken and written English

Project

We build an innovative advertising solution for retail stores. The solution moves the long-existing promotion technique of the product discounts into online advertising. The product buyers will be seeing the active product discounts that are available in store they usually shop at right on the internet advertising placements replacing the paper flyers in their mailboxes. The system will provide the platform for advertisers to configure promotion campaigns, optimize them to bring more buyers to stores, and provide analytics of the campaign performance.
