Customer Support Representative (offline)

Requirements:

- Fluent English (spoken and written);
- Tolerance to stress, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility;
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills;
- Time and priorities management skills, ability to multitask;
- Computer literacy (Gmail, Google Docs, Internet browsers, Microsoft Office products etc.);
- Flexibility: Ability to work morning/day/night shifts.

Key responsibilities:

- Providing assistance to English speaking users;
- Monitoring orders and chat correspondence in the admin system;
- Resolving cases that require support team member's help;
- Processing incoming phone inquiries;
- Performing marketing tasks (promoting additional services and features, processing feedback, etc.);
- Performing additional customer support tasks initiated by management.
