Growth Engineer (React.js) (offline)

We are looking for a person who wants to choose an exciting career path of Growth Engineer, become a part of our Growth team and help us grow the Wizer Training platform at high speed. There is no right way to grow, so this role implies a lot of brainstorming, experimentation and prototyping inside the Growth Team and implementation of all the perspective ideas into our product to make it more effective.
Being part of Growth Team, you also will be closely communicating with CEO, dev, support and product teams, as well sales and customer success.
An ideal candidate for this position is a person not just with proficient technical skills, but also with a growth mindset and focus on data-driven and result-oriented decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
● Proficient with React.js
● Frontend (HTML/CSS)
● Data Tracking & Analytics Settings
● A/B testing
● Knowledge of common software design principles
Responsibilities:
● Work in a cross-functional and flexible Growth team
● Develop clean and efficient code for growth experiments
● Implementing new features that will help to increase conversion rates, improve customers retention and onboarding
● Growth experiments further technical support
