Requirements:
Great communication skills both written and verbal;
Basic understanding of IT industry and IT market;
Good Copywriting skills, knowledge in email campaign best practices;
Knowledge of modern sourcing techniques and recruiting channels;​
Activity in professional social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn);
At least basic understanding of programming languages/technologies;
Attention to details, result orientation, ability to learn quickly;
At least Upper-intermediate English level;
Ability to analyze information and create actionable insights;
Be a team player.

Responsibilities:
Active search for candidates according to vacancies requirements using different channels and creative approach;
Facilitating the initial conversations between the candidates and the recruiters;
Work closely with the recruitment team to move candidates through the interview process as smoothly and quickly as possible;​
Maintain candidates database;
Market researches conducting;
Research and utilize cutting-edge talent sourcing tools and technologies.
