Customer support manager (offline)

Requirements:
Fluent English
High level of computer proficiency
Excellent writing, communication, and problem-solving skills
With great documentation skills
Quick learning
Perseverance and attention to detail
Ability to work remotely, high self-organization

Will be a plus:
Experience in translation from/into English
Experience with Adobe Acrobat

Responsibilities:
Verification and processing of information received from clients from the USA and Canada;
Processing forms, applications, and requests
Filling out legal documents in English;
Correspondence with clients;
Providing our customers with fast and accurate service
