Project Manager (offline)

Responsibilities:
- Lead several projects at a time
- Control and management on all phases of a project lifecycle;
- Production of appropriate documentation in support of digital projects, including project plans, issue logs, requirements specification, resource plans, etc.;
- Stakeholders management, customer relationships;
- Leading the cooperation with internal departments;
- Scope gathering and planning;
- Facilitation of a single scrum team, day-to-day operational activities;
- KPI tracking and analysis;
- Reporting;
- People management: conflict management, motivation;
- Risk management.

Qualifications
- At least 3-4 years of project management experience in the IT industry;
- Experience in working with foreign customers in the IT industry;
- Experience in gathering/processing/preparing project requirements;
- Experience in long/mid/short term planning for scrum teams, change management;
- Understanding of web development principles and SDLC;
- Excellent stakeholders management skills;
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects in a changing environment;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Upper-intermediate written and spoken English;
