Product Owner (offline)

Your duties:
– Delivery product to the customer according to the business/quality requirements
– Ability to define Business case, Product strategy and lead the realization activities with support from the Scrum master
– Identify risks, implement risk mitigation plan, monitor data analytics, manage alignment with multiple stakeholders, and communicate effectively with business owners and discipline leads
– Make day-to-day decisions to ensure quick and scalable implementation
– Assess value, develop user stories, define acceptance criteria, prioritize product backlog, and track project status, to ensure delivery of high value products on time and within budget
– Support the product team through a period of transition
– Foster a culture of collaboration, manage team dynamics, and set clear team goals to create both successful development of solutions and an exciting work environment You have ideally:
– Proven work experience in software development
– Proven work experience in software quality assurance.
– Good knowledge of of SDLC
– Good understanding of software building including: design, architecture and layers
– Good understanding of how database works
– Good understanding of how database works
– Good experience with SQL
– Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
– Experience working as a team member Will be a plus to have:
– Experience in developing and leading commercial software product including front-end, back-end and API in diff position
– Experience in developing and leading 3d parties libraries and frameworks
– Basic understanding of Test Automation
– Basic knowledge of Git workflow
– Basic experience with CI/CD systems (Jenkins, …)
– Completed an undergraduate qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics or any other related subject.
– Familiarity with JIRA
– Advanced English Level (reading/writing/speaking)
– Analytical mind and skills
– 3+ years of hands-on experience in a Product Owner role
– understanding how to use data to drive product decision making
– 3+ successfully completed product
– Practical experience how to start a brand new/already started but not completed product development of commercial software
– Have led product management for digital product solution through its entire lifecycle in a senior or similar product ownership position
