Lead Generation Specialist (offline)

Main responsibilities
Work with the Sales Manager to create and expand sales funnel
Increase clients database
Create a stable flow of valid leads
Researching business opportunities in various business areas;
Run mass lead generation campaigns using automation tools and manually
Search for leads and initial validation of leads;
Work with Upwork, LinkedIn and other platforms
Communicate with potential clients until further transfer to Sales Manager;
Meeting initiating and calls scheduling
Initiate the first contact with potential clients, load them to CRM and other documents
Manage data for new and prospective leads in the clients database;
Participate in the creation of e-mail campaigns

Mandatory requirements
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, IT , B2B
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of software development processes, IT outsourcing business
LinkedIn, Upwork, other platforms for generation leads
Experience with Lead generation automation tools
Experience in the following will be an advantage
Email marketing
Knowledge of other languages
Work with foreign markets
Copywriting skills
Interpersonal skills

Responsible, active and enthusiastic
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Attention to details
Understanding of the business processes
Able to follow-up
Efficient time-management skills

Work Remotely: Yes
Job Type: Contract, Full-time (9:00 am to 6:00 pm EEST with 1 hour lunch. Monday to Friday)
