Technical Product Manager (offline)

Requirements:

- You have experience analyzing and preparing requirements for the engineering team.
- You understand the value behind every feature you bring into the team and can always justify it.
- You have decomposed large and complex problems into small and digestible pieces.
- You have successfully led the features with dependencies between the components.
- You have drawn UML diagrams to illustrate the flows or proposed system design.
- You are well-organized and your manager or other stakeholders don’t chase you for updates.
- You are a good communicator with strong English.
- You are not an asshole and your current team will miss you if you leave.

As a Plus:
- You have worked in multicultural environments.
- You have worked with scrum and kanban and you share the agile values.
- You have released features that other internal or external systems use.
- You have designed (with engineers) RESTful API solutions.
- You can write a simple left-join SQL query and you know what RDBMS means.

Responsibilities:
- You will help define the quarterly roadmap, plan and scope the initiatives for the team.
- You will break the initiatives down into user stories and tasks, work with the engineering team to refine and estimate them.
- You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the feature/initiative.
- You will discover dependencies and work with other product owners and product managers to resolve them.
- You will maintain up-to-date documentation to facilitate continuous improvement and streamlined communication.
- You will work closely with development & QA teams to determine the perfect solution, the optimal solution, and the MVP.
- You will absorb the product vision, enrich it with clients' (grocery retailers) needs and align with other stakeholders while translating it into the backlog items.
