After starting from scratch, getting funded, releasing our MVP, and scaling up during 2019 and 2020, we are ready to make another leap forward during 2021 and look for experienced members to join us.


The right candidate will have rich experience setting up monitoring, configuring setup for performance and stress/load tests, supporting the tests executions and proactively monitoring the infra, always looking for implementing proper optimizations on the infra level.

We expect the candidate to be proactive to prevent incidents and chase root causes with all the various stakeholders to ensure all lessons learned are applied.

The right candidate is expected to be comfortable starting fully hands-on and slowly grow an entire production unit to support, prevent, automate and optimize our work.

The role itself is reporting to the Performance and Quality manager but requires constant work, collaboration, and alignments with C-levels, TL, Engineers, and other stakeholders.


Skills needed and expected:

4+ years of hands-on experience supporting production infra and web products
2+ years of hands-on experience with any of the develop/automation languages ( Python/ Go/ Java)
2+ years of hands-on production experience with Kubernetes (either self-managed or Saas)
Full production experience with Graphana and Prometheus
Full production experience with message brokers like Kafka, RMQ, SQS
Full production experience with ELK
Full production experience with SQL and NoSQL solutions
Hands-on experience with CI/CD solutions like Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI, and others
Hands-on experience with Atlassian product family (Confluence and JIRA)
Experience with incident management and coordination
Gaming industry experience (nice to have)
Good understanding about performance testing and knowledge in performance testing tools such as jMeter (advantage)
Experience from SAAS based product company (advantage)
Fluent in English, Russian/Ukrainian
