Technical IT Support Engineer (offline)

We are looking for English speaking Technical Support Engineer to our Kyiv office.

Requirements and Responsibilities:
Knowledge of the TCP / IP protocol;
Knowledge of the OSI model;
Knowledge of the basics of Ethernet technology;
Knowledge and ability to configure WiFi routers;
Configuring an IP phone using VoIP;
Basic knowledge of CMS WordPress;
Knowledge and practical ability to assemble a desktop PC;
Ability to explain, guide the user, perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot network, OS, PC, printer / scanner problems;
Improve or replace PC, printer / scanner components;
Installing Windows;
Installation of the necessary software, its configuration.
