IT Recruiter (offline)

We are working with AI, but we are looking for a human being who will work with other humans which is a much more complicated task to do than working with machines.
Currently, we are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Senior Recruiter to join our team of 5 awesome people.
What is required:
— 3+ years of successful IT recruitment experience
— Understanding of full lifecycle recruiting components
— Knowledge of direct search and headhunting techniques
— Ability to lead a full-cycle of recruiting in different markets ( US, Canada, Russia, Ukraine, etc)
— Good market understanding
— Upper intermediate + English level
Personal requirements:
— Excellent communication and presentation skills
— Positive and result-oriented attitude
— Ability to work with several tasks effectively
— Ability to work independently as well as in a team
— An ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated, and self-directed
Will be a big plus:
— Previous experience with US market
