Legal Adviser (offline)

Requirements
Ukrainian Law degree
practice law experience at least 4-5 years
in-house legal experience at least 3 years
good communication skills, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, team oriented personality

Preferences
labour law experience, documents drafting in labour law field, legal research and advice.

Responsibilities
legal expertise, drafting of contracts texts in accordance to local legislation and company internal standards and procedures;
preparation and analysis of documents that are mandatory for contracts concluding according to internal company procedures;
foreign economic activities contracts;
evaluation of contractors according to company internal procedures;
preliminary assessment of risks during concluding of contracts;
adaptation of global agreements drafts to local legislation;
providing legal support during negotiations with subcontractors;
consultations on contractual relationships during concluding and execution of agreements with contractors;
drafting of internal instructions and procedures;
research and advise on various legal matters, including contract, civil/ commercial law and tax regulations.
