Business Analyst (offline)

Required Skills:
3 years’ experience of business analysis in software development projects;
Experience in producing business analysis artifacts (UML, BPMN, Use Cases, Business Rules, Functional & Non-Functional Specifications, User Interface Design Specifications, etc);
Experience in using management tools (at least JIRA & Confluence);
Experience in writing product, end-user, business documentation, and tech-wise stuff (user stories, use cases, flow descriptions, functionality descriptions, etc);
Experience with services API description and usage is important
Basic understanding of SQL DataBases principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, quick learner;
Good communication skills;
Upper-intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English;

Responsibilities:
Detect and clarify of business requirements from stakeholders and tech teams;
Keep detailed logs of all open questions and issues;
Know your business and tech principles. Help stakeholders anticipate future software needs;
Analysis of business requirements and transformation them into the BRD;
BRD decomposition into UserStories and technical tasks;
Support of Devs and QAs.
