Design Team Lead (offline)

Requirements:

• Strong Upper — intermediate English Level (B2+);
• More than 2 years of lead & management UI/UX design teams;
• More than 5 years in-depth knowledge and experience of design mobile & web services;
• Deep understanding of design methodologies & toolkits across Product Design, Branding & UX Research.
• Proactive in seeking and providing opportunities to improve and expand the team;
• Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation);
• High-level understanding of product development cycle & technical foundations;
• A passion for design & people;
• Strong online portfolio (detailed cases).


Desirable :

• Ability to creating design systems from zero to one;
• Business analytics & product managements skills;
• DesignOps experience;
• Data Analytics.


What would you do:

• Lead & grow distributed design team all over the world;
• Develop & deliver boundary pushing service concepts;
• Development & continuous improvement of design processes;
• Support the business development team with creative input, client meetings, concepts, design presentations and proposal writing in pre-sale activity;
• Conduct user & stakeholder interviews, market & competitor analysis, design workshop sessions, low & high fidelity prototyping, usability tests and more;
• Provide stakeholders with visibility & updates of current projects, resource use and team performance;
• Define and keep up-to-date design rules documentation;
• Skills map development with regular assessment & one-to-one meetings;
• Top talent hiring, onboarding & educational processes;
• Participation in planning and project evaluation.
