PM(Billing, CRM, EDI, BPMS), (offline)

Skills required:
 Excellent documentation, communication and facilitation skills
 High level analytical skills shown through the ability to assess or interpret complex information and make clear and
logical decisions
 Evaluative, and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
 Proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude, exceptionally self-motivated and directed with a continual learning mindset
 Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines
 Practical experience in project and program management

Education &Experience:
 Higher technical education (specialization in IT), second higher education financial and / or economics will be a plus
3 years’ experience as a project manager in solutions implementation billing &CRM projects will be a plus

Will be a plus:
 English upper-intermediate or higher.
 Knowledge of UML, BPMN.
 Experience in working with Jira/Confluence, Slack, Trello, Project
 Experience in working with billing, CRM, EDI, BPMS.

Functional duties:
 Managing portfolio consisting of multiple projects
 Maintaining a unified reporting system and the base of project activities of the business
 Monitoring the implementation of tasks and plans
 Monitoring deadlines, identifying problems, negotiating and escalating them
 Taking the minutes of meetings and working meetings, coordination of the meeting schedule
 Project activities auditing (delivery quality, business relationship, team performance)
