Legal Council (offline)

Key Responsibilities:

• Contractual work: drafts, reviews, and approves policies and procedures, regulations, bylaws, and other compliance and corporate documents (e.g. intellectual property, corporate rights, financial/securities offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits, patents);
• Assisting sales and other departments during the negotiation phase concerning contracts with clients or partners;
• Researching and evaluating different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations;
• Organization and control of the processes of intellectual property rights management within the companies of the group;
• Consulting company owners, managers, sales and Hr specialists in legal questions related to their current projects and tasks.

How much experience do you need?

• 3+ years of relevant experience with an IT-outsource / IT-outstaff / Product company;
• Corporate Structuring proficiency;
• Business Compliance expertise;
• Excellent academic credentials in law from top law school/university;
• Hard-working, well-organized and able to manage numerous projects simultaneously under pressure;
• Strong organization skills, critical thinking, curiosity, and problem-solving.
