Middle C++ Developer (offline)

Avid in partnership with GlobalLogic is running a Product Engineering Lab in Ukraine.

Requirements:

- Good theoretical and practical knowledge of C++ and STL
- Desire to investigate and resolve complex and challenging problems within the code
- Good spoken English (ability to speak is more important than English level)
- 2+ years of C++ working experience

Desirable skills:

- Knowledge of multi-threading is highly desired
- Familiarity with Sound processing/Music production, ability to play a musical instrument
- Knowledge of Boost and C++11 or higher standard
- Debugging techniques
- MacOS X experience (knowledge of Objective-C and POSIX is a plus)
- Knowledge of WinAPI

Preferences:
- Objective-C

Responsibilities:

Evolve the project, implement features for new releases in different areas: user interface, databases, audio engine, networking, localization; bug-fixing, refactoring, performance tuning.

Maintain and evolve award-winning big C++-based cross-platform (Mac and Windows) solution.
