Head of Growth/Marketing manager (offline)

We are looking for a Head of Growth that will be responsible for driving growth ideas across our suite of esports/video game services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

- Oversee all aspects of performance marketing: develop strategies and plans to drive near-term new customer acquisition and build a foundation for healthy growth into the next decade
- Identify and drive new game-changing marketing opportunities to further scale the business and improve efficiencies, finding valuable opportunities for organic, viral and paid customer acquisition.
- Automate wherever possible. As you contribute to our growth, your work must scale accordingly.
- Build and optimize the entire funnel with a thorough understanding of LTV and CAC, not just the initial acquisition of new customers.
- Work closely with the CMO, Director of Marketing and Media Lead to understand the company’s overall marketing strategy, across the company
- Report on core metrics of every communication and campaign with the ability to analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Build marketing strategies to acquire customers through online and offline channels.
- Develop our marketing framework by creating new ideas, testing and optimizing our marketing activities.
- Monitor and enhance customer acquisition and activation performance.
- Conduct, gather and analyze market research to determine social media opportunities and competitiveness.
- Manage and drive continuous improvement of day-to-day performance management and reporting

You are/have:

- At the forefront of marketing trends and emerging media opportunities.
- You are eager to find new ways to grow the business, and have your finger on the pulse of the marketing and Video Game industry.
- Well versed in social and content marketing including content planning, strategy and both organic and paid performance.
- An outstanding communicator. You can distill vast sets of data into key themes or learnings, and succinctly and convincingly communicate these to stakeholders (both managing up and laterally) in a way relevant to each stakeholder.
- Flexible, adaptable, innovative, and open in response to competitive pressure and market change.
- A strong cross-functional and team leader, fun to work with and for, effective in influencing and coaching others and collaborating with them to create phenomenal results.
- World-class expertise in performance marketing (including search, display, paid social, and affiliate) and media planning.
- Experienced running high performing influencer campaigns.
- Extremely high analytical capability complemented by a strong brand sensibility.
- Strong track record of building, managing and mentoring high performance teams.

Experience:

- 7+ years of marketing experience
- English/Russian fluency and proficiency (Must)
- At least 3+ years of experience in building B2C SaaS brands within a well-recognized SaaS company, with a widespread knowledge of the full marketing stack, and in-depth knowledge of demand generation for self-served customers and product marketing;
- Experience leading, managing and developing a team of marketers.
- Prior experience in development and execution of a short and long term go-to-market strategy at a high- growth company, ideally that has scaled to $100M in revenue and beyond;
- A solid understanding of market research, analytics and data analysis methods and approaches with ability to apply marketing techniques over digital and non-digital channels;
- In depth knowledge of SEO factors and key algorithm updates
- Hands on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools
- Domain expertise in UI/UX best practices
- Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
- High standards of excellence and attention to detail
- Gaming/Esports background is a plus.
