Middle PHP Developer (offline)

We’re looking for a Senior PHP Developer to join the team to work on an E-Learning platform. You will be responsible for upgrading the existing system and extending its functionality.

Requirements:

-At least 3 years of experience working with PHP development;
-Good knowledge of SQL and databases;
-Experience with code refactoring and unit testing;
-Good knowledge of Javascript (both ES5 and ES6);
-Knowledge of HTML, CSS, jQuery;
-Experience using Git;
-Experience with Linux;
-At least intermediate English (both written and spoken).

Bonus if you have:
-Experience with Zend Framework 1;
-Experience with AWS;
-Experience with remote administration of LAMP environments;
-Experience with MySQL

Responsibilities:

-Prototype and develop new software components
-Analyze and optimize existing PHP code and SQL queries
-Set up and troubleshoot the improvements on AWS LAMP environment
-Analyze existing and add new unit tests to improve the test coverage
-Thoroughly test the changes adding automation where necessary
