Intermediate Business Analyst (offline)

As Dev.Pro keeps expanding, we're taking on new clients and looking for a person to lay the groundwork for the sales to be successful. You will collaborate closely with both business development and engineering teams to understand customer business needs and map them against Dev.Pro technical capabilities.

Qualifications and experience:
• 2+ years’ experience in a BA/Product Manager position
• Experience with elicitation, estimation, and prioritization techniques
• Solid communication and active listening skills, well-developed emotional intelligence
• Upper-Intermediate English skills, both written and spoken
• Experience in creating product vision and documents scope
• Experience in techniques for documenting product requirements and the ability to choose the most suitable according to the product type
• Customer interviewing and negotiation skills

Key responsibilities:
• Review and analyse initial requirements and various sources of information provided by customers/available online
• Manage the Q&A process (Requirements elicitation, consolidation and Q&A facilitation)
• Facilitate Presales and discovery phases processes
• Define Solution Scope in a form of the Feature list with complete coverage of all the requirements on the level of the details efficient/required for estimations
• Facilitate Estimation and solution design processes with the technical team
• Consolidate estimates and assumptions together with a team, define and describe a roadmap, conduct platform demos.
• Visualize and optimize presentations of the proposal content using various techniques
• Create Proposal presentation decks (PowerPoint), present proposals to customers
