Job Content

As a Sr SDET/Automation Engineer your role will be developing a core automation framework and implementing automated tests that verify the E2E functionality of a mobile application and Bluetooth wearable devices. You will be responsible for designing a multi-layer framework that will provide capabilities of executing tests on both Android and IOS devices. You will serve as a liaison between key stakeholders in the quality assurance team and the core automation team.

As part of our automated test practices, we introduce several quality gates, such as Smoke, Regression, Performance, API-level, and Functional test suites in multiple product areas.

Qualifications and Skills

● Experience with automation framework development
● Experience with test automation for native mobile application
● Proven ability to develop maintainable, high-quality automated test scripts in Python
● Experience producing key test assets (requirements gathering, test cases, test plans, test reports)
● Experience with software testing (Functional, Integration, Regression, Smoke, UAT)
● Experience with testing APIs and Back-End Services
● Familiar with CI/CD and source control systems such as Git/GitHub/GitLab

Responsibility

● Implement, extend and support automation framework
● Work with stakeholders, ensure the team stays focused and delivers against the expectations, adapting to changing requirements
● Align team with the other teams, identify and resolve impediments when necessary
● Requirements Analysis
● Design, architect, and develop automation test scenarios and test suites
● Provide clear reporting over the execution of the automated test
●Participating in regression testing, bugs verification
● Collaborate with team members to produce thoughtful test designs
● Review and approve PRs, provide feedback for continuous improvements
● Review nightly automated tests execution and provide analysis for failed tests

● Intermediate English or better
● Good verbal and written communication skills
● Curiosity to learn environmental systems to be able to locate issues more precisely.
●Ability to deal with ambiguity and focus on problem-solving
