Human Resources manager (offline) $700-1000

Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in IT Human Resources management;
- Good understanding of software development process and IT terms;
- Good understanding of HR processes and procedures with the ability to understand business issues and strategies company;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Efficient multitasking, strong interpersonal skills, ability to balance priorities and possibilities to deal with change in a highly dynamic environment;
- Upper-intermediate level of English.

Main responsibilities:
- Implementation, maintenance, development and improvement of all HR processes;
- Organization and provision of the process of hiring new employees of the company (full cycle of the recruitment process, from sourcing till the job offer);
- Providing ensure qualitative onboarding and adaptation of the new employees;
- Providing running regular 1-on-1 meetings with team members;
- Supporting retention and exit process of employees;
- Supporting internal and external HR brand;
- Supporting of the corporate culture;
- Organization and coordination corporate company events and other activities.
