Technical Writer / BA (offline)

Required skills:

- good understanding of web and mobile application architecture, client-server architecture, microservice architecture;
- knowledge of UML, BPMN;
- knowledge of web technologies and protocol integration (HTTP, SOAP, REST, MQ);
- experience in working / designing the database structure (MySQL);
- knowledge of requirements and task management tools (JIRA & Confluence);
- knowledge of English (read, write);
- proactivity.

Main goals:

- create technical design and technical specifications for business solutions based on a customer journey map and design mockups;
- change management support;
- development support;
- research of partners and 3rd parties APIs;

Will be a plus:

- an understanding of the insurance market;
- experience with ERP systems in the medical sector.
