Senior Software Asset Manager (offline)

We are looking for a talented Senior Software Asset Manager who will be responsible for the analyzing and tracking of software within the organization. Provides expertise and guidance around procedures and best practices around tracking the life cycle of licenses.

Areas of Responsibility:
∙ Establish software Assets Management policies, procedures and tools improvement
∙ Analyze software and licenses data and produce compliance reports
∙ Provide reporting on license utilization
∙ Support Company’s Partnership agreements
∙ Control and management of MPN benefits
∙ Control and reassignment of software assets
∙ Support Company’s Enterprise licensing agreement
∙ Predict and budget software assets consumption
∙ Support of commercial agreements
∙ Support of internal teams on issues of products licensing and licensing agreements terms compliance
∙ Cooperate with vendors and suppliers
∙ Drive SAM-related tasks/projects.

Qualifications:
∙ Microsoft products licensing knowledge and understanding of licensing agreements differences
∙ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Enterprise Agreement structure and terms, specifics of product licensing and delivery, licenses pricing details and LSP-reseller role
∙ Experience in software assets management via MPN console, Partner Center, Microsoft365 admin center, Azure AD
∙ Experience in data analysis, consolidated reports production, prognosis and budgeting
∙ Experience in licensing and commercial agreements analysis, communication with vendors and suppliers
∙ Intermediate English level
