IT - recruiter (offline)

Requirement skills:

• Candidates searching experience (LinkedIn, GitHub, Facebook, etc.);
• At least 1 year of experience in IT recruiting;
• Excellent organizational, proactivity, flexibility, and sales skills;
• Sense of initiative, attention to details and good communication skills;
• At least Intermediate level of English (spoken and written);
• Good understanding of the Ukrainian IT market;
• Social activity in Facebook, LinkedIn;
• Experience in conducting HR interviews.
