UX/UI Designer (offline) to $2000

Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience with user experience design and visual design (web)
* A strong online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experience
* Experience in user-centered UX design activities: customer journey map, user research, design workshops facilitation, competitor’s analysis, information architecture
* Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.)
* Basic understanding of HTML& CSS. familiarity within Web frameworks will be a plus.
* Experienced in designing a variety of digital marketing assets, from thumbnails to ebooks and appealing landing pages.
* Ability to deliver quickly, but with an uncompromising eye for details
* Ability to justify UX/UI decisions made
* English Upper-Intermediate

Responsibilities:
* Design mockups and prototypes with high UI/UX interaction model for Saas product;
* Design UI layouts using guidelines or starting from scratch;
* Design new and support existing UI assets;
* Creating marketing assets;
* Creating guidelines;
* Identify and troubleshoot UX problems;
* Collaborate closely with a product and development teams;
* Collaborate with stakeholders.
* Understanding user needs, business requirements, and technical capabilities and translating them into innovative product solutions
