Senior Operations analyst (offline)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for coaching and mentoring team members;
· monitors key performance indicators for employees as well as customers and ensures all expectations are met or exceeded when it comes to operational deliverables;
· Analysis data on behalf of customer ensuring we are meeting our customer savings;
· Spend Work with clients’ financial teams to analyze complex billing models, and reconcile;
· Evaluates processes for opportunities to standardize the processes;
· Identify and recommend new ways to save money for the client;
· Generating standard and custom reporting as needed for customers and Customer Success;
· Perform telecom contract assessments and develop recommendations for clients to optimize their telecom expenses.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Leadership role at least 1 year
· Desire to mentor and manage a team
· Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
· Strong attention to detail
· Proficient with Excel (and the entire MS Office Suite)
· Multi-tasking and organizational skills a must
· Calm in pressure situations, but high level of urgency to resolve problems and complete tasks
· Creative thinking/ability to think outside the box
· Self-motivated
· Interest in mobility
· Positive attitude!
· Excellent command in spoken and written English.
