Project Manager (WST) (offline)

Requirements:
— Experience of project and team management (2 years +);
— Proven experience of leading mid/long-term projects (6 months +);
— Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
— Being a result-oriented and highly disciplined person;
— Understanding of the basic IT technologies;
— Knowledge of SDLC;
— English Upper-Intermediate + .

Will be a plus:
— Good sense of humor

Responsibilities:
— Leading 1 long-term fintech project (Ukraine) + 1 or more short-term projects (domestic or foreign);
— Managing a dedicated team (with TechLead) as well as coordinating cross-project resources;
— Estimating lead time and ensuring the project is delivered on time and budget;
— Maintaining documentation in Confluence (creating roadmaps, writing product requirements, acceptance criteria etc.);
— Setting up and streamlining work processes;
— Liaising with stakeholders (English or Russian);
— Managing change requests and risks;
— Creating tasks in Jira, grooming backlog;
— Conducting meetings (daily stand-ups, retrospectives, status meetings etc.)
