Marketing Web Designer (offline)

About YOU: Our ideal candidate is organized, proactive, has strong communication skills & attention to detail. This is a full-time position responsible for executing web design projects, building brand visual identity, and designing interactive experiences & video.
As a Marketing Designer, you will be at the forefront of the company, driving the brand identity for projects of all sizes. If you enjoy working in a fun, collaborative, and high-energy environment and passionate about web design and digital marketing trends, we seem to be a perfect match!
Responsibilities
β Design and execute digital marketing assets for all channels including emails, landing pages, Youtube videos, blog illustrations, and more.
β Understand our customerβs needs, the companyβs product(s), and the business goals to match your design talents with the userβs needs.
β Excellent time management and attention-to-detail
β Work with hypotheses and A/B testing, use Hotjar and Google Analytics to analyze your design performance
β Create prototypes, wireframes, and high fidelity mockups to communicate concepts, facilitate discussion and solicit feedback among your team and stakeholders
β Ensure that quality and brand standards are maintained throughout the entire creative process
β Continually communicate with content writers and developers to improve our marketing design and generate new ideas;
β Prepare graphics for printed company materials
Requirements
β Understanding of user-centric design principles and online marketing best practices
β 2+ years of web design experience + knowledge of responsive web design
β Portfolio of web design work (emails, banners, landing pages, websites, etc.)
β Advanced user of Adobe Photoshop/Sketch, Adobe Illustrator
β Knowledge of Figma
β A systematic, fast and accurate person with an eye for detail
β Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5 and CSS3
β Creative ideas with a problem-solving mindset
β Ability to explain your decisions with understandable non-design language
β Intermediate level of English
β Video creation/editing experience & familiarity with Adobe Premier or/and After Effects will be a plus
