Automation QA engineer (offline)
What will you create:
β’ cloud native, scalable and high performing products of enterprise level;
β’ applications, which stand alone for it's value and quality on the procurement market (Sourcing, Spend Management, Procurement, Supplier management).
What will you practice:
β’ building micro service architecture;
β’ design first than implement approach;
β’ dockerization;
β’ decoupled releases;
β’ prototypes validation.
What technologies you will use:
β’ Type Script/ Java Script;
β’ Cypress;
β’ Azure DevOps;
β’ Docker; k&s.
β’ REST API;
β’ SQL;
Must requirements:
β’ Experience in writing autotests with JS, TS, Cypress (alternatively Π‘# or Python if you are ready to switch for Cypress) 1+ year;
β’ Knowledge in testing methods and techniques;
β’ Intermediate+ verbal and written English skills;
Desired requirements:
β’ Experience with Jira, Confluence;
β’ Experience with CI tools (using for auto-running and managing);
β’ RESTful services, microservices;
β’ Docker;
You will:
β’ align with the team during daily stand up meetings;
β’ discuss features with the team before implementing them; begin having only the end result in mind;
β’ show results of your work to the team and stakeholders during review meetings;
β’ speak out for improvement suggestions during retrospective meetings which work;
β’ cover your code with unit tests and API tests;
β’ make code review and excel your own code;
β’ work with the feature branches according to the GIT FLOW;
β’ discuss product related questions with Product Manager and QA colleagues;
β’ elevate technical decisions with Technical and Solutions Architect;
β’ participate in development and cross team sync up meetings to learn new, understand company horizons and goals;
β’ create documentation in Swagger;
β’ participate and hold internal knowledge workshops.
β’ make Spikes to understand new technologies and approaches;
β’ fix bugs when needed to support our customers and mind stability of the product as one of the values we preach.
