Project Manager (offline)

Requirements:

4+ years of IT industry experience with at least 3 years of project management experience
Understanding of software development life cycle
Willingness to be project owner and ultimately responsible for project success
Proven experience of being a formal or informal team leader
Business analysis skills
Good communication skills
Multitasking ability
Strong experience with Scrum methodology and Agile practices
English level – at least upper-intermediate (written and verbal)

Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain a communication model to align all project stakeholders
Execute project plans, lead and direct software development team to ensure projects execution according to set goals (deliverables, quality, schedule, and budget)
Manage day-to-day operational activities of a project
Ensure any changes happening during the course of the project are worked out in alignment with client expectations to the final project goals
Manage project risks, involve required resources to mitigate risks
Monitor and ensure client satisfaction of project implementation
Identify and coordinate the sharing of resources for successful project execution
